Ivan is a one of the first suspects to be expected as a SNATCHER by Gillian. But after a close examination of the his skin(heavily tanned) and scanning him after a scanning warrant had been issued, it was found out that there was no way Ivan could be a SNATCHER. But he does get busted for possesing "Liquid Sky", a very addictive and very illegal drug. Ivan is handed over to Narcotics Police while Gillian continues on his investigation.

Ivan is also a surfer in which he competes in tournaments for often.
