Freddy and Lisa Nielsen look like your average couple. But, they are far from average... both are SNATCHERS! Freddy works in a self-employed manned "Black Taxi" job which apparently pays well. But the main reason for having this job is to pick up would be victims for the SNATCHERS.

Gillian originally only suspects Freddy of being a SNATCHER, but when he confronts Lisa about that, he is shocked to discover that she is one as well. After "disposing" of her, Gillian leaves only to see that Freddy has somehow entered the apartment without using the only door accessable to it. After a close-call and quick save from a certain bounty-hunter, Gillian moves on with his investigation.

The Nielsen home provides many clues to the whole SNATCHER situation.
